The experimental results obtained in 4 field trials in 1964 of combined use of live and killed measles vaccines may lead to the following conclusion. For the mass vaccination againt measles, live vaccine inhalation after a single injection of potent killed vaccine seemed to be the ideal method for the “take” of live vaccine without clinical reactions.
