プラズマ溶射HAp生体適合コーティングの作製と性能評価

The biocompatibility of metallic implants can be greatly improved by applying plasma sprayed HAp coatings on them. In this paper, the details on preparation of HAp coatings on metallic implant materials will be described, including the preparation of plasma-ready HAp powder, plasma spraying conditions, introduction of Ti intermediate layer and the heat treatment. The evaluation of credibility, biocompatibility, and adhesion of plasma sprayed HAp coatings to metallic substrates will also be discussed.
