Abstract
We reported 2 cases of fatty deposition of liver in which computed tomegraphy (CT) was highly useful both in diagnosis and follow-up after treatment. On CT the attenuation coefficient measurements of the liver parenchyma are in the fat tissue range and the hepatic venous system is clearly seen because of decreased density of the surrounding fatty liver tissue. This pattern is almost pathognomonic and may be reversible after an adequate treatment
