Abstract

This study focuses on grasping the present condition of the collaborative policy of housing for the elderly in local governments and discussing the directional character in local housing policy. At first, we researched the process of collaborative policies and we surveyed the housing departments and welfare departments of local governments. The results are as follows; l) Collaborative policies aren't held in many local governments. 2) It is necessary to grasp local people's needs for welfare and to share the problem. 3) It is important to extend their cooperation with variety of departments' fields in relation to community management.
