Abstract
Students remodeled old dwelling units variously. This variety showed the possibility for the multi-purpose use of dwelling units, and it will become one technique for the refurbishment of existing housing estates. Japan Housing Corporation constructed the RC rahmen frame residential buildings, mainly in the second half of the 1960's. The purpose of this research is to confirm the possibility to utilizing those old residential buildings as house stock. And the assumption that the RC rahmen frame residential buildings in those days ware very useful was suggested. It is useful for recycling-based society to develop a system for reusing construction debris.
