To maintain the condominium in good condition is indispensable for the adequate management. The manager is selected among many condominium unit owners. What rights and obligations they have to do so in the long term? And what will become of the condominium when the lifetime is over? These questions are not necessary solved in Japan. This research aims to consider these questions by comparing the condominium law in some foreign countries. And we will recommend about the most desirable condominium law in Japan.
