Abstract
Our research targeting children and adult persons with disabilities has made it clear that limitations exist for at-home bathing equipment, as do problems regarding the burden placed on caregivers. We conducted questionnaires surveys and visits to investigate the state of safe yet comfortable bathing environments and support as local issues. Results revealed high-level demand for bathing facilities, helpers and so forth in light of the physical burden on parents and the challenge of fulfilling both work and caregiver duties. We also came to understand that use of such services can lead to user participation in society, local exchanges, etc.
