Dogs were immunized with mamushi venom toxoid which had been inactivated with hydrochloric acid and formalin. In them the dose of the toxoid and antihemorrhagic antibody levels were investigated. As a result, it was revealed that the antibody was maintained for 6 months by injections with 2mg of the toxoid at the beginning, 0.5mg in the third week, and 1mg in the third month.
