Abstract
1. A serial investigation was made on the fate of reinoculated avian tubercle bacilli and on the development of lesions in reinoculated rabbits. 2. The effect of sensitization on the multiplication of bacilli differed from organ to organ. It was the most conspicuous in the liver, spleen, and bone marrow, and was obscure in the lung and kidney. 3. Modification of pathological features in various organs of the reinoculated rabbits was discussed.
