抄録
The structure that is able to produce the convergent residual flow in a coastal sea area was proposed. It changes efficiently the oscillatory flow from the coastal zone wave into the upwelling flow with whorl vane. Visualizing the flow around the structure, occurrence of the vertical vortex and upwelling flow were confirmed. This result suggests that the velocity of convergent residual flow depend on the number of vanes and K.C. number.
