This paper deals with a method with wavelet analysis for snap sound inspection in Snap-Fit Assembly. At first we show the visualization of snap sound with CWT. Second we show the visualization with DWT. By the relationship between the result of CWT and DWT, we make a weighted compensation method with DWT. It gives a new algorithm for sound inspection.
