Each conformation is controlled with a relatively small energy difference of 1-several kcal / mol, which is important for highly efficient functions of large molecule proteins. On the other hand, in the case of small molecules such as drugs, many methods for fixing the conformation have been taken so far. We show that conformational control, which requires small energy control, is not easy for small molecules, but it is possible to use interfaces with low dimensional fields.
