Nano- and micromachines have a problem that they cannot work well due to the effect of friction and adhesion at nano- and microscale. In order to solve this problem, we succeeded in development of the system comprised of C60/graphene interface superlubricity of which has been observed experimentally and theoretically. In this study, we discussed the relationship between its unique load dependence of friction and the mechanics of intercalated C60 molecule.
