Abstract

In this study, we performed 3D-SFM measurement for visualizing 3D self-assemble monolayer at graphite interfaces. In addition, we developed a 3D image processing for reducing noise components and mechanical drift included in the measured 3D force images by 3D-SFM. We applied this 3D image processing to the measured 3D data at graphite interfaces in order to obtain 3D force image without noise components even in volatile organic solvent. This method is a highly versatile data analysis method that can be applied to 3D-SFM measurement in various environments, and contributes to the expansion of application researches of 3D-SFM in various research fields.
