Development of operando system for simultaneously measuring hard X-ray photoemission spectroscopy and electrochemical reaction rate

Abstract

We developed operando system for simultaneously measuring hard X-ray photoemission spectroscopy (HAXPES) and electrochemical reaction rate. The feature of our system is that HAXPES can be measured simultaneously for a sample whose electrochemical reaction rate is measured at atmospheric pressure while supplying electrolyte solution in a laminar flow. In our presentation, we will introduce the measurement principle and measurement examples of our system.
