Abstract
In order to develop the new filler metal for ultra high strength steels, rhe microstructural anlysis was carried out for the triplex stainless steel weld metal with ferrite+austenite+martensite phases. The kinetics of formation of retained austenite in the weld metal was analyzed by simulating the solidification segregation and martensitic phase transformation.
