抄録

It is said that Japanese innovation system isn't able to expand beyond the limits of the economic growth. The change to open innovation system is required to grow the economy. And many kinds of product today are becoming complicated, consisted from many patents. These kinds of product cannot be developed by only one company. So, the company is developing these kinds of product have to manage the patents which related to several companies. Therefore, the intelligent property management is to be more important.
In a bid to develop methods of the intelligent property management, the studies are conducted by the case studies of advanced companies and speeches of the researchers regarding intelligent property. The research accomplishments and the plans of intelligent property management workshop are reported.
