All industrial sectors are facing digital disruption more or less at present. Business models which have been succeeded in the past are being disrupted by new companies which hold digital technology and new business model. This enables new emerging companies to get big power to beat old established companies. International Freight Forwarding sector where I belong to is facing the same situation as other sectors. So, I set the research questions as following; RQ 1: “Is there any possibility of taking use of my researching business model into logistics sectors of Japan?” RQ 2: “How can I integrate this business model into Banso Logistics Co., Ltd. which I have established in 2018?” I had an opportunity to join the executive education program which was held at Singapore by IMD business school on this thesis in 2018. Later also, I continue to research this business model and just come close to launching prototype for trial on business.
