Business that is close to foreigners working in Japan

Abstract

This paper argues that the author studied management in a technology management course and realized the importance of planning for the future. It also states the importance of paying taxes, raising equity and making the next investment in order to plan and execute and expand the business. He also talked about employment of foreigners in-house, support for companies that hire foreigners, and support for foreigners working in Japan, and can develop human resources who can play an active role globally from the local city where the author lives, Numata City, Gunma Prefecture.

This is a paper that describes that we are thinking about creating a mechanism.
