The Method of Project & Man-hours Control for ship-building is quite different from that of the mass-production control, due to each different tendency of individuality, stability etc. Now, all makers have been forced to cost down their products for price-race, today, ship-builders are also the same, so that the above mentioned control has come up one of the most important problems with those related to large-sized ship structures and automation in operation of ships. The author presents a view on the method of the control by scientific programming to save cost, here.
