現代中国における教育行政の構造

―改革開放経済下の学校教育の管理の構造を主として―

抄録

The purpose of this paper is to survey the administrative organization of school education which was worked out in "Decision on the Reform of the Educational Structure by the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party" under the transitional policies leading towards a market economy, and to examine the analysis of the basic structure of recent educational administration and the important features.

The contents of this paper are as follows:

Based upon these findings, the structure of the educational administration in China can be seen as very complex. Although China's educational reform plan in 1985 aims at local control, it is considered that the realization of the objectives of this reform plan is hard work because of the complex structure.
