Abstract
This study examines the relationships among junior high school English teachers, focusing on the manner in which they interact, collaborate, and support each other's growth. The initial research question explores the processes through which teachers engage with one another, share knowledge, and develop their teaching practices. Findings indicate that trust is built on approachability, supportiveness, and a willingness to collaborate. While teaching skills were mentioned, interpersonal warmth was identified as key to trust. Regarding cross-generational relationships, mutual respect and comfort in communication were emphasized. The second research question focuses on how learning relationships and cross-generational collaboration are fostered. The results indicate that a relaxed atmosphere and regular meetings facilitate collaboration. Furthermore, the practice of having the teachers teach multiple grade levels encourages ongoing consultation and collaboration across grades. This study highlights the potential for improving teachers' skills through collaboration, though further research is needed to generalize the findings.
