Abstract
e report a rare case of idiopathic gingival fibromatosis of a 58‒year‒old woman. She was referred to our department with the chief complaint of swelling of both upper and lower gingiva, which had persisted for 1 year 6 months. Extripation of the mass and extraction of all teeth were performed under general anesthesia. The histological diagnosis was gingival fibromatosis. After 4 year of follow‒up, there been no signs or symptoms of recurrence.
