Abstract

We reported one case of pulmonary aspergillosis secondary to pulmonaly tuberculosis, which perforated to the pleural space and was complicated with chronic empyema. Weperformed thoracoplasty, cavernoplasty and extraperiosteal detachment. The type andindications of cavernoplasty we use are also described.
