Abstract
This paper reports our findings that the main mineral components and the water content of Satsuma mandarins and Amanatsumikans. At the result of our experiments, the both oranges showed the real-normal distributions in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and water, and the logarithmic normal distribution in iron sodium, zinc and copper. Compared with the two, calcium was more in the Satsuma mandarins, and other minerals were more in the Amanatsumicans. In a correlations between elements of nitrogen, phosphous and potassium, the Satsuma mandarins showed it between nitrogen and phosphous, and the Amanatsumikans between phosphorus and potassium. The later also showed it between phosphorus and magnesium and showed a negative one between calcium and sodium. Satsuma mandarins showed it between potassium and calcium, the both oranges showed it between potassium and magnesium.
