Abstract
A typical case of malignant pleural epitherial mesothelioma in a 42-year old man was reported. Mucohistochemical studies showed that hyarlonic acid was Positive in the tumor cells. Immunohistochemical studies revealed that keratin, MA904 and EMA were positive, but CEA, vimentin, LeuM1 and MA903 were negative. Ber-EP4 was positive at surface membrane of a few cells. The causative relation with asbestos exposure is unclear.
