胸腹水で発見されたAngioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma の一例

A case of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma was reported. Clinicaly, fever and appetite loss, general fatigue were recognized. But generalized lymphadenopathy, skin rash were not recognized. Primary, pleural effusion and ascites were exudated, and were diagnosed by cytology. The several kind of cells were detected, for example, plasma cells, immunoblastic cells, histiocytes, eosinophils, basophils, neutrophils, small lymphocytes and clear cells. So this case was suspected as angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma by cytodiagnosis. The characteristic histopathologic changes in lymph node by biopsy were marked proliferated high endotherial venules and many clear cells. Resutly this case diagnosed angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma.
