Continum spectrum emission over visible wavelength region from a small(1.2MW) oil flame was investigated with multi-spectrometer. The mean emissivity of continuum emission, calculated on hypothesis of uniformity for flame temperature and emissivity in the range of wavelength detected by optical prove (F.O.V 5°), was evaluated to have a good correlation with NOx, CO, paticulants in flue gas.
