紙のせん断変形を考慮したニップ搬送速度解析

This paper deals with the paper transport mechanisms which are used in copy machine and printer. The purpose of this paper is establishing a theory of paper transport velocity in the nip transport mechanism. First, the assumptions which are applied to the theoretical analysis were confirmed by observing the state of paper deformation in the nip. Next, the shear deformation of paper in the nip transport mechanism with a pair of steel roller and rubber roller was focused. The paper transport velocity was analyzed theoretically by using a multi-link model. On the other hand, the paper transport velocity was also obtained by using an experimental setup. The shear modulus of rigidity of paper was identified by comparing the numerical results and experimental ones. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was demonstrated by comparing the numerical results and experimental ones in case that the design parameter of the nip transport mechanism was changed.
