The authors proposed a method of the direct identification of the characteristic matrices (the mass, the damping and the stiffness matrices) in the second report of this study. In the method, it was assumed that the error in the input data is normal distributive. By numerical simulations, it was made clear that the characteristic matrices could be identified even with the transfer functions which include normal distributive error by the method. In this paper, the authors try to identify the characteristic matrices with the actual experimental data by the method. And it is proved that the characteristic matrices whose degrees of freedom is small can be identified with the experimental data by the method.
