We have already presented an analytical method of equivalent linear system using the restoring force model of power function type (PFT-ELS) as the method of analytical response for two degrees of freedom system, using the rubber vibration isolator as a sprmg. In this paper, we present a new method compare favorably with tie PFT-ELS method in terms of the computational accuracy. This new method is an analytical method of hysteresis system using the restoring force model of power function the (PFT-HYS). In the PFT-HYS method, since equation of nonlinear motion is solved based on the hysteretic rules with the restoring force model of power function type, it can represents appropriately the hysteretic restoring force as compared with the PFT-ELS method. We were able to verify the appropriateness and accuracy of this method by directly comparing the analytical results with the experimental results for the dynamic response of the system.
