HL-A and its clinical application in the following four subjects was discussed. 1) The correlation between HL-A typing and renal transplantation, 2) HL-A and susceptibility to gastric cancer, 3) Relation to the habitual abortion, 4) HL-A antigenic loss in a cancer patient.
