This paper deals with the structured model that is built by considering the essay which was done on theInternational Information as paradigm shift with the irreversible globalization, and putting "teacher" and"student" in principal axis, for classes based on information and culture. It also mentions the relevance ofcomponents considered from viewpoint of cooperative learning theory.
