Abstract
Since the National Center for Supercomputer Applications(NCSA) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign(UIUC) has developed Mosaic in the end of 1992, the World Wide Web(WWW) became to interconnect information located around the world so easily. This paper focuses on issues how to activate the courseware on the internet on the base of experiment to develop a Japanese Tea Ceremony course at UIUC which has one of the best networked computer system. We discuss issues relating the design, development, advantage or disadvantage for user via the Web. We have developed three chapters, and will develop new chapter after we discuss summery for the use's questioner.
