Abstract
Current state on reform process of higher education in Europe or so called Bologna process is reported with taking Slovenia as an example. The included contents are practical descriptions based on the author’s research experience in the time to visit Slovenia. Inspired from experiences on accreditation process in the author’s institution, the source of the philosophical aim for accreditation of education system is discussed. What needed for probing equivalency of education system is a main issue to consider. Reform process of higher education in Japan is compared with Europe’s one.
