I. CORROSION CASTING METHOD OF RENAL BLOOD VESSELS FOR SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY

Abstract

The method to prepare reno-vascular castings for scanning electron microscopy was described. This new devised method, a frozen cracking of the vascular casts following resin injection, made it possible to observe easily and distinctly the normal renal microcirculation including pentubular and glomerular capillary architecture.
