The significance of the partial renogram was indicated here from the view of the clinical findings.The total renogram of the case of chronic nephritis showed that the peak time and height were normal and a slight delayed excretion was found. On the partial renogram, the cortical renogram pointed out an obtuse in the peak, and the pelvical renogram indicated the normal pattern. The partial renogram illustrated that cortics was damaged and the excretion from pelvics was normal. These findings of partial renogram corresponded with the biopsy.As described above, we could obtained more clear information about kidney diseases from the partial renogram.
