In Japan, the Heisei era (1989.1.8--2019.4.30), in which world situation had changed on a large scale, came to an end, and the Reiwa era has just begun. What is the ideal image of human being to open a way to peaceful and just Kyosei societies in this new era? Starting from this concern, I try first to criticize the old relational concept of human being developed by Heidegger and Watsuji, and then to advance a new relational concept of human being based upon the understanding of Responsive-Becoming-Multidimensional Self, Others and Public World”, and last to emphasize the necessary Kyosei education for the peace and social justice.
