Fibuloides cyanopis (Meyrick, 1912) is recorded from Gifu Prefecture, Honshu, Japan. The adult specimen and its male genitalia are illustrated. This is the first record of the species from Honshu, and the second occurring record from Japan. The photographs of the specimen and its genitalia from Yakushima Is. used for the first record from Japan (Kawabe, 1975) deposited in the National Museum of Natural History, Washington D.C. are given.
