Videos are one of the most widely used teaching and learning materials. Extensive research has shown that videos in education have many benefits. However, EFL educators have not addressed the development and use of videos for English interview training in much detail. Little published data has considered the content and usage of such videos or provided practical advice. This article traces the development of a video that helps EFL learners acquire the basic conversational skills required for English interviews. This article also provides new insights into use of the video beyond interview training purposes.
