Abstract
The Large-Scale Retail Store Location Law was enacted in June 2000, which provides guidelines on determining the size of loading/unloading facilities. The determinant variable to the size of the facilities is the loading/unloading time of trucks. Therefore, the size of the facilities is greatly influenced by this loading/unloading time. The same law, however, is not clear on the process of obtaining this loading/unloading time of trucks. This study introduces a methodology on obtaining the variable loading/unloading time.
