抄録
Recently, nano-optics focusing on near-field light and micro-optics based on elements size of tens of to a
few hundred micrometers have been utilized to biochemical sensing application because they can
improve the sensitivity, responsibility and detection limit. This special issue will introduce innovative
researches about biological and chemical sensing application based on nano-micro optics.
