ドーピングを利用した有機太陽電池の界面構造制御

Organic solar cells (OSCs) have recently drawn much attention as a sustainable energy source due to such potential advantages as low fabrication cost, light weight, and flexibility. Electron donor and acceptor (D/A) materials are utilized to split the coulombically bound excitons in OSCs. Since such important photoconversion processes as charge separation and recombination happen near the D/A interface, precisely controlling the D/A interfacial structure is necessary for further enhancing the performances of OSCs. In this paper, we briefly review the recent progress of related topics on the relationship between the D/A interfacial structure and photoconversion processes. We also introduce our recent research about doping for controlling the energy level alignment near the D/A interface and the open-circuit voltage in OSCs.
