抄録
Recently, energy harvesting from environments (solar, geothermal, vibrational, wind) are focused for
realizing sensor networks, which is the key technology for Internet of things (IoT) world. Here we
demonstrate the review of various kinds of anti-reflective surfaces and perfect absorbers made by
semiconductors and plasmonic metasurfaces for energy harvesting materials.
