Abstract
This paper examines the advocacy competencies needed by clinical psychologists, licensed psychologists, counselors, and other psychological professionals to provide social justice-based psychological support. We focused on comprehensive sexuality education, a human rights-based approach to advocacy in collaboration with communities. Although it was found that currently there are very few practices of sexuality education by psychologists, it is important to contribute to the creation of schools that respect children's human rights by conducting educational practices and empirical effectiveness research in collaboration with teachers in the future.
