Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a hybrid innovative wastewater treatment system which is a combination of the advanced biological process and membrane filtration. MBR has an advantage of water quality, footprint and easy maintenance in comparison with conventional activated sludge process. Above all, MBR is introduced into a urban sewage plant more than 10,000m3/day.
In this paper, we explain MF membrane elements and modules for large-scale processing ground. Furthermore, I introduce various package products that were reflected a processing technology of Mitsubishi Rayon.
