The author attempted to observe larval ticks and mites by low evacuated scanning electron microscopy, in order to evaluate the operating efficiency and the usefulness for morphological identification of minute acarid group. As results, this microscopy was remarkably useful to take excellent photomicrographs and to improve the manner of identification.
