医用画像解析における機械学習の活用

抄録

This paper presents a brief overview of applications of machine learning in medical image analysis. We explain machine learning from Bayes Theorem and traditional statistical pattern recognition. Random forest and feed forward neural network are then explained. Convolutional neural network is also shown. Examples of medical image analysis applications using machine learning techniques are presented in this short manuscript.
