セメント・石灰キルン用スピネルマグネシア質耐火物

抄録

Spinel-magnesia refractories for the rotary cement and lime kilns was studied in a viewpoint of coating adhesion.
Two samples of spinel-magnesia refractoris containin, g different quantity of Fe₂O₃ and one magnesia chrome brick for comparison were used for testing.
Studies were carried out by corrosion test with cement materials, chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction and X-ray microanalyzer.
As the result of micro-structural study, it was comfirmed that C₄AF was effective to increase coating adhesion ability on the linings.
