抄録

(Ba-and Sr-doped fibrous K2 Ti4O9 crystals which have a layered structure were grown from a flux melt of K2 MoO4. The crystals were treated in a dilute acid solution to change chemical composition by extracting K+ in the interlayers, and then were heat-treated to change crystal structure. Consequently, fibrous crystals of (K, Ba) 2Ti6O13 and (K, Sr) 2Ti6O13 which have a tunnel structure were synthesized by a compositional-structural change process using fibrous (K, Ba or Sr) 2 Ti4 O9 crystals as a starting material.
